About Green Air Heating & Cooling
Philadelphia HVAC Contractor Serving Local Neighborhoods
Tony DeLuca founded Green Air Heating & Cooling with deep roots in Philadelphia, running the operation from our base in the city. We handle HVAC work across Center City, South Philadelphia, North Philadelphia, West Philadelphia, Fishtown, Kensington, Northern Liberties, University City, Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown, and Mount Airy, plus runs into Camden, Wilmington, and Trenton when needed.
The region's humid subtropical climate produces hot summers and cold winters that put steady demands on systems in Philadelphia's older row homes and brick buildings. Our crews focus on practical fixes and replacements that match the actual conditions in these neighborhoods rather than one-size-fits-all approaches.
As an owner-operated shop we keep hours Monday through Saturday from 7am to 8pm, give upfront quotes on every job, and let customers inspect the workmanship directly.
I grew up in South Philadelphia and started Green Air Heating & Cooling after spending years repairing systems in the tight row homes that dominate neighborhoods like Kensington, Fishtown, and Northern Liberties. Those older brick houses, along with the mix of row homes and larger properties around University City and Manayunk, face real strain from Philadelphia's humid summers and cold winters, especially when units sit near busy spots like the Benjamin Franklin Parkway or Eastern State Penitentiary. I opened the shop to give straight-up service across Center City, West Philadelphia, Germantown, Mount Airy, Roxborough, and even into nearby Camden, Wilmington, Trenton, and Allentown without the runaround. You can reach me at our Philadelphia, PA base Monday through Saturday from 7am to 8pm.

What Philadelphia, PA Customers Say
“The central air in our South Philly row home stopped blowing cold air last July. Green Air came out same day, found a faulty capacitor on the outdoor unit and replaced it on the spot. Now the system cools the whole house evenly without any strange noises.”
“Our furnace in the Manayunk rowhouse kept shutting off during the first cold snap in November. They replaced the hot surface igniter and cleaned the burners that had soot buildup from the previous winter. Heat runs steady now and we no longer wake up to a cold house.”
“High summer bills and uneven cooling upstairs in our Kensington twin prompted a call. Green Air balanced the ductwork and installed a new programmable thermostat tied to the existing system. Temperatures hold steady on both floors and the electric meter has slowed noticeably.”
